QUALIFICATIONS
Real Estate Salesperson in NJ
- Successfully complete 75 hours of instruction in an approved school
- Pass the school exam
- High school education or equivalent
- 18 years of age
- Furnish evidence of good moral character; and be sponsored for licensure by New Jersey broker
- Commission must be satisfied as to the applicant's honesty, trustworthiness, character and integrity
- A salesperson candidate must be a legal resident of United States or have ITIN issued by the IRS
